HOW CAN REDUCE DEPRESSION

Do you know what is depression? it is a state of mind in which the rhythm of mind become orderless.In this modern age the depression graph increases due to many severe environmental problems.When we go through the causes of it we understand that sleep has a vital role to reduce depression or dejection, because if we didn't get enough sleep it will effect our working, our ability to drive vehicles and our attention to everything.To every needs and deeds we want good healthy condition other ways it will be meaningless.It is a truth that when you didn't get much sleep you don't got much needed energy even if you eat any richy food.

 When you enter into your bed room, you don't got enough sleep or stay asleep no doubt it is the key contributor to the onset of dejection.In your daily life you will face many people and many challenges,but on that occasion you must keep your bravity and smartness unless it will be un fruitfull.You want to keep positive thinking and positive attitudes  towards everything you faced.You want free thinking and open talking with your friends and relatives, it will reduce your mental pressure.Insomnia is a fatal condition in which it will effect not a person itself but a whole society.So to remove or reduce depression is a big challenge infront of us.

You want relax to free from dejection,so you must relax your brain before bed time,it will increase your ability to sleep well.There are many ways to reduce depression, some of them are meditation,sleep and excercise etc.Meditation is a good way to relax your mind and free your brain from negative thoughts.If you have any trouble letting go of all the tasks that need completing the entire day, try to make a list before you go to bed.Journaling also has even been used as a helpful tool for those who seem to obsess about the day or the days to follow.

Sleep, no doubt it is the important factor to keep healthy ever.If you are not getting enough sleep you will suffer whole the day and you may even fallen to a state of dejection or depression.If you have any trouble to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night, you may need to think about your life style changes that will help you to live a happy and prosperous life.Excercise is another way to ensure a peaceful sleep at night.It is not only perfect for relieving stress but also it it releases chemicals in the brain that make you feel good and pleasure.
